22 December 2005

Welcome

Yet another year has flown by, and at the time of writing there are only 3 sleeps until Christmas. This will be the last e-bulletin for 2005. Look out for our first e-bulletin in 2006 for some exciting news.

A star is born

Rendering of the SX Site

In May 2005, Twenty20 was appointed by Multiplex Developments to create a new brandmark for its development of the historic Southern Cross site in Melbourne’s CBD. Twenty20 named the development, SX, with the positioning line, the new star in the Southern Cross.

The precinct encompasses an entire city block – bounded by Exhibition, Bourke and Little Collins Streets – and is the largest development in Melbourne’s CDB for quite some time.

SX1, the east tower of the precinct, will be completed in early 2006. SX1 sets new benchmarks for office accommodation with its environmentally sustainable design and workplace flexibility.

The ‘Uber’ Brochure

SX Brochure

Along with creating the SX brandmark and a whole suite of promotional material, Twenty20 produced the SX brochure, or, as it became known around the agency, the ‘uber’ brochure. To standout in today’s market you need to be outstanding. And the SX brochure certainly is that, with its elaborate die cuts, translucent inserts, metallic
inks, and laminate coating.
